Philadelphia Business Journal 30th Anniversary Panel of Chefs gets underway on June 20, 2012.

We were pleased to participate in the 30th Anniversary party of the Philadelphia Business Journal at the Marketplace Design Center in Center City, where we produced a video podcast of the publication’s roundtable panel of local chefs moderated by Business Journal BizBites columnist Peter Van Allen. The video also includes recognition of Philadelphia’s 30 “Most Valuable Players.”

Chefs participating in the panel were:
