Continuing its corporate commitment to the high-definition, broadcast quality event and documentary video market, the Professional Podcasts division of the Lubetkin Media Companies has acquired two Sony HXR-NX70U broadcast quality high-definition video cameras. The Sony cameras can capture full 1920×1080 high-definition video at 28 mbps (megabits per second). The cameras are also capable of infrared-enabled night recording.
“We’ve always had a strong commitment to providing our clients with the right video production tools for their needs,” said Steve Lubetkin, chief videographer and managing partner of the firm. “These Sony cameras take us to the leading edge in video production capabilities, with broadcast and documentary video production tools that will clearly differentiate our work. We look forward to using the Sony HXR-NX70U cameras to help our clients tell their stories in sound and images for years to come.”
Audio Production Capabilities Also Expanded
The firm has also expanded its investment in audio production tools with the acquisition of an
Azden 330ULT wireless lavalier mic/body pack system ideal for video interviews, and a set of four Vocopro lavalier/body pack sets to complement its eight-channel Vocopro UHF-8800 wireless microphone system that provides audio support for large seminar/conference panels.
The two new Sony HD cameras join a stable of HD video cameras that permits Professional Podcasts and the other Lubetkin Media Companies to produce multicamera videos at a fraction of the typical costs for such videos.
