Susan, who holds a Ph.D. from Bryn Mawr, is a communications trainer, coach and strategist with a broad array of clients. She has extensive corporate experience including 10 years at AT&T headquarters in media relations, employee communications, annual reports, publications, public policy and global mergers and acquisitions. While Susan was head of consumer affairs, AT&T won the Malcolm Bridge National Quality Award. She was AT&T’s public relations manager on “Africa One”, an innovative, multi-carrier, global consortium that built a leading-edge communications network for the continent. In addition, she helped build the bi-partisan consensus leading up to the passage of the “Telecommunications Act of 1996.”
D. Nicholas Miceli
Market President, TD BankDuring his 25 year banking career, Nick has been featured in numerous financial articles and has appeared on PBS/13WNET spotlight “Inside Trenton” discussing the State of Banking in NJ. Currently, as Market President of TDI Bank’s Central Jersey area, he is responsible for the counties of Essex, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset and Union. Previously he was regional vice president for Essex, Hudson and lower Bergen Counties where he was responsible for leading the bank’s commercial and retail banking operations. Prior to joining TD Bank 15 years ago, Nick held various management positions with Bank of America.

Scott joined the Marketing Department of Investors Bank in 2007 and was appointed Vice President and Director of the department in 2010. He currently leads a marketing team of seven professionals. Prior to joining Investors Bank, he managed a consulting business serving small to mid-sized design and marketing companies in and around New York City. From 1991 – 2005 Scott worked for AGA Creative, a catalog marketing and design company servicing clients such as Sunglasses Hut, Avon, Lerner New York, Anheuser-Busch, and Blockbuster Video.
