CHERRY HILL, NJ – July 26, 2012 – Lubetkin Global Communications LLC, the Cherry Hill-based audio and video documentary production company, has won an Astra Award from the New Jersey Communications, Advertising, and Marketing Association (NJCAMA). Lubetkin Global Communications won a Bronze ASTRA award  in the “Video longer than three minutes” category for “Burlington County Chamber Members Learn about County Economic Development,” a video report it produced for the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. The Astra award was presented at NJCAMA’s awards dinner at Jasna Polana in Princeton on July 25.

The report, featuring video recorded during the Chamber’s economic development bus tour of Burlington County last August, includes voice over by Steve Lubetkin, managing partner of Lubetkin Global Communications, and comments by leaders at several business establishments visited on the tour.

“It’s tremendously gratifying to have NJCAMA’s jury of professional communicators recognize our video production,” said Lubetkin. “Producing high quality video for the web that tells an organization’s story vividly, with images of its activities, is no longer expensive or difficult to do. Producing radio and TV style content for the Internet can help organizations reach a worldwide audience cost-effectively. Nothing is more valuable for raising an organization’s visibility in a Google search than creating high-quality video and audio news programming on a regular basis.”

This is Lubetkin’s second ASTRA Award. In 2010, the firm received a Silver ASTRA award for a series of business-to-business audio podcasts produced for The ACE Group, a global insurer-reinsurer.

The firm has also won four JASPER Awards from the Jersey Shore Public Relations and Advertising Association (JSPRAA).

In 2011, it won a Silver JASPER Award in the Television/Video Documentary (10-30 minutes) category for its video documentary produced for The Pines at Whiting, a continuing care retirement community in the Whiting section of Manchester Township, Ocean County; and a Silver JASPER Award in the Television/Video TV Special Programming category for its promotional video prepared on behalf of the 2011 American Transplant Congress, a joint event of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons and the American Society of Transplantation held in Philadelphia.

In 2008, Lubetkin Communications won a Silver JASPER Award for podcast audio programs it produced for NAPL, a global printing and graphic communications trade association, and in 2009, it shared a JASPER Award for a video documentary with Take This Journey LLC, another Cherry Hill video firm, for a program produced for Samost Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Southern New Jersey.
