Caroline Miller’s Story
One family, the Millers, nearly lost their daughter Caroline to the flu when she was five years old. Now 10, Caroline, her sister Katie, mom Jennifer Pool and father Christopher Pool, recall her illness and how frightening her hospitalization became.
Caroline’s grandparents, Kathryn and Michael Pool, also described how Caroline’s illness made them realize the importance of getting an annual flu vaccine.
