The Medical Society of New Jersey, through its public relations agency, Thomas/Boyd Communications, engaged us to produce news video from the society’s first-ever Advocacy Conference, held May 2, 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Plainsboro, NJ. In addition to short news interviews with leaders of the society and presenters at the conference, we recorded full coverage of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s keynote remarks to the conference, in which the governor focused on the need for prescription monitoring to reduce the potential for abuse of prescription medications.
The governor spoke movingly of his close friend of 30 years, a respected lawyer who lost a decade-long battle against addiction to medications and alcohol, dying of a drug overdose in a hotel room.
Gov. Christie also responded to questions submitted by the conference attendees in advance.
You can watch the Governor’s full remarks and Q&A in the player below.
Lubetkin Media Companies can produce multicamera HD coverage of seminars, conferences, and other corporate and organizational events.
