Investors Bank (NASDAQ:ISBC), a full-service community bank headquartered in Short Hills, NJ, engaged The Lubetkin Media Companies LLC to produce a high-energy video documenting a series of regional training/teambuilding meetings so that the excitement of the events could be shared with all employees.
We covered meetings in Summit, Cedar Grove, and Ocean Township, NJ for the video, and a fourth meeting in Voorhees near our Cherry Hill studios.
In the meetings, the bank’s retail sales and service department reintroduced branch managers and staff to its retail “play book,” a manual designed to help retail bank employees connect more effectively with customers to help them with their financial needs. The meetings were designed around a baseball spring training theme. Bankers were divided into teams, for which they had chosen names and identities in advance. At the event, teams competed against each other for trophies by participating in teambuilding and knowledge-testing exercises at nine “field positions” led by exercise coaches.
The evening included time for each team in the “concession stand,” where they enjoyed traditional baseball stadium foods and snacks such as hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and fries. At the end of the night, teams created and performed unique team cheers, generating additional spirit and enthusiasm for the learning experience.
The events were conceived and designed by Alchemy Events and Designs, Inc., a Franklin Lakes, NJ meeting planning company.
In addition to the video news wrapper report, we also created separate videos showing the “cheer competition” at each location, which are being shared with the employees who participated.
Senior executives of the bank, including President & CEO Kevin Cummings, participated in the meetings. (Mr. Cummings has been a featured presenter in several of our videos for the New Jersey Bank Marketing Association, which you can see here.
We interviewed several of the bank executives in the video news report, which you can watch in the player below. We can help any company create excitement about its employee events and training programs by producing a video report on the programs. Ask us about how we can help you extend the value of your internal programming to all employees through video.
Steve, congrats!
