Most recently, Jaap was Division CFO of the Specialty Products Division of Church & Dwight, a Princeton, New Jersey headquartered $2.7 billion manufacturer of Arm & Hammer specialty inorganic chemicals and animal nutrition products along with well-known consumer brands.  This role involved partnering with the CEO of Church & Dwight’s Specialty Products Division to drive the growth and profitability of the business while ensuring all corporate requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and interpretation of financial performance are met.  The position scope also included leading the development and assessment of strategy, implementation of new information systems, and acting in both an advisory and participatory capacity in the analysis of investments and negotiation of new business ventures. Jaap’s international experience includes a 3+ year expatriate stint in Brazil as chief financial officer Church & Dwight’s Brazilian subsidiary. He has also participated on teams evaluating and negotiating potential joint ventures and other business arrangements with entities in Mexico, Japan, Norway, and Argentina. Prior to his 25 years at Church & Dwight, Jaap had a series of financial positions with Allied Signal (predecessor of Honeywell) and Sea-Land Service (containerized ocean freight). He received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College.

Peter is a Global Operations Executive, experienced at P&L management of multi-business and multi-national operations with a successful track record as a change agent. Peter lived and worked in Europe, Latin America, and now in the US having had also responsibility for operations in Asia. Most recently Peter has been was Merck KGaA headquartered in Darmstadt. He was based in the US as the Head of Biologics Operations, holding responsibility for all global manufacturing facilities. In that role he oversaw the operations integration in the Biologic area of Merck and the American company Millipore, after the acquisition of the latter one.  Before that role he was Senior Vice President of Operations for the EMD Chemical division, leading all facets of the supply chain and manufacturing in North America. Prior to Merck KGaA Peter was with ICI, Zeneca and DuPont transferring from one to the other company as a result of mergers and acquisitions, involved also in corresponding integrations and due diligences. The positions held in the different roles range from Plant and Multi-sites Management, Head of Engineering, Head of Six Sigma and Quality, Business General Manager. His sector experience includes Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals to the Life Science space, with revenue responsibility to $400 M, and leading organizations up to 2,300 employees. Fluent in four languages, Peter has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad de Concepcion in Chile, attended the Manufacturing Management Program at IMD in Lausanne Switzerland and the Executive Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France..
