The New Jersey Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America produced two videos with The Lubetkin Media Companies that help describe the Church’s initiative to provide professional coaching services to congregations and volunteer leaders in a number of areas such as:
- Personal or professional discernment and transition;
- Congregational change or transitions;
- Starting new mission outreach or ministry initiative;
- Looking for opportunities in apparent crisis.
LMC videotaped a conversation among four lay leaders of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hillsboro, NJ, who had particpated in the coaching process.
