
Branch banking has evolved over the past few years in terms of the physical space, the technology and people skills required for future success.
More emphasis has been placed on the redesign of the interior, and the recruiting, training/mentoring of new branch frontline teams to provide a wider range of services. Advances such as smart ATMs, “Universal Banker” and others have been introduced. Bankers must increase service levels and profitably by combining new technologies with personalized human interactions.

Tim brings 30 years of industry experience to his role at NCR. He spent 25 years with Bank of America and its predecessor companies, primarily in the Retail and Small Business strategy space. Before joining NCR in April 2015, Tim was a Principal at Washington, DC based Capital Performance Group.
